Recruiting Manager – Global Strategic Sourcing

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead Global Strategic Sourcing initiatives. In this senior talent‑acquisition position you will partner with business leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies that deliver diverse, high‑quality candidates for critical roles across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sourcing capability and capacity across a geographically dispersed team, building diverse candidate pools through all talent channels.
• Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and shape long‑term acquisition strategies.
• Provide best‑practice guidance to global recruiting teams and monitor performance against hiring goals.
• Build, engage, manage and develop a high‑performing recruiting team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Set performance metrics, track progress and implement productivity improvements to meet hiring demand without over‑scaling resources.
• Lead or participate in cross‑business sourcing projects and talent‑market research initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruiting or talent‑acquisition teams, preferably in a large, global organization.
• Strong business partnering and people‑development skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver a high‑touch candidate experience.
• Excellent analytical and market‑research capabilities.
