Recruiter – Healthcare & Education Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for medical, paramedical and other professional positions at ALM International’s New Delhi office. This full‑time, on‑site role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and coordinating with client organisations to meet their staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for medical, paramedical and professional roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct structured initial interviews.
• Collaborate with client organisations to understand job requirements and align candidate profiles.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Communicate timely updates to both clients and candidates.
• Support recruitment campaigns, attend job fairs or information sessions as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening and structured interviewing.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple requisitions.
• Understanding of healthcare and education sectors or willingness to develop domain knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience, especially for international placements, is an advantage.

• Experience with recruitment platforms.
• Microsoft Office suite.
