Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, people‑centric Human Resources Manager to act as a trusted HR Business Partner. The role will align people strategies with business objectives, lead HR operations, and drive culture transformation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with practice leaders to design organization structures, workforce plans, talent and succession strategies.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers and exits, while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.
• Manage performance management processes, coaching managers on development plans and performance improvement.
• Lead employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to legal standards.
• Develop and execute employee engagement, well‑being and culture initiatives to foster an inclusive, high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR generalist, HRBP or talent development experience, preferably in a midsized firm.
• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters with professionalism.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for presentations and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
