Quality Control Incharge – Elevator Installation

About the role

Eleva Elevators & Escalators is expanding its elevator installation and service operations in Goa and seeks a Quality Control Incharge to ensure every project meets the company’s high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of elevator components, fabricated parts, and finished installations.
• Perform stage‑wise inspections during installation activities and verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports, quality checklists, and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Identify defects, coordinate corrective actions with production, design, and installation teams, and drive preventive measures.
• Monitor welding quality, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and overall assembly quality.
• Verify incoming materials and purchased components against quality requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in quality control, preferably in lift systems, material handling, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead inspection activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with experience in client coordination considered an advantage.
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to take on varied tasks as needed.
