HHP Engineer – Service Operations

About the role

Qdigi Services is seeking a technically skilled and customer‑focused HHP Engineer to provide service and technical support for Home & Personal (HHP) consumer electronics products in Goa.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in HHP and consumer electronics products.
• Attend to customer service requests and resolve technical complaints within defined turnaround times.
• Perform installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance activities as required.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring product issues.
• Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and spare parts during service.
• Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and required documentation.

• Technically skilled with a strong focus on customer service.
