About the role
Qdigi Services is seeking a technically skilled and customer‑focused HHP Engineer to provide service and technical support for Home & Personal (HHP) consumer electronics products in Goa.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in HHP and consumer electronics products.
- Attend to customer service requests and resolve technical complaints within defined turnaround times.
- Perform installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance activities as required.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring product issues.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and spare parts during service.
- Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and required documentation.
Required profile
- Technically skilled with a strong focus on customer service.
Required skills
- Electronics troubleshooting.
- Repair of consumer electronics products.
- Use of service tools and equipment.
