Python AI Lead Developer – Cloud Infrastructure & Software Architecture

About the role

Synechron is looking for a Python AI Lead Developer in Bengaluru who combines software development expertise with technology leadership. The role translates business requirements into practical technical outcomes and covers team guidance, technology evaluation, roadmap development, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams and give technical guidance and mentoring.
• Drive technology initiatives and deliver projects within scope, quality, timeline and resource expectations.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and apply architecture principles and design patterns.
• Support the development, enhancement and maintenance of Python-based and AI-related solutions.
• Identify improvements and implement process changes that raise delivery efficiency, quality and reliability.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption based on business value, security, cost and operational impact.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts in line with governance processes.
• Monitor technology trends, platform capabilities and emerging AI opportunities.
• Measure outcomes through delivery performance, solution quality, stakeholder satisfaction and roadmap progress.

Required profile

• Experience applying software development principles and working with relevant programming technologies; Python experience is expected.
• Practical experience with project management, work-tracking, planning, reporting and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of Agile development and iterative delivery.
• Ability to develop or maintain technology roadmaps and to work with the versions of software, cloud, database, AI and project-management tools used on the assigned project.
