About the role
As a Purchasing Executive at Hilton, you will drive sourcing strategies that ensure cost‑effectiveness and supply‑chain stability while delivering the warm hospitality experience our guests expect. You will support procurement, inventory management and team development across our hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support purchasing and receiving operations by assisting procurement, overseeing receiving processes, and managing inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Collaborate with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications.
- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment.
- Assist supplier management by securing competitive pricing, placing orders, and tracking deliveries for timely arrivals.
- Perform quality checks on shipments to verify they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards.
- Supervise and develop purchasing and receiving clerks, providing training, scheduling, and performance guidance.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
- Experience in hospitality procurement or a similar industry.
- Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with procurement systems and inventory software.
- Commitment to compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company ethics.
