Public Relations Executive

About the role

Torque Communications is seeking a proactive Public Relations Executive to manage client relationships, develop content strategies, and drive media relations for B2C brands. The role is based in Indiranagar, Bangalore and requires a detail‑oriented professional with strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients across sectors such as FinTech, e‑commerce, lifestyle and fashion to ensure satisfaction and deliver on all mandate deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients to craft key messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
• Create strategic press releases, articles and other client‑specific materials.
• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, pitch stories and secure media coverage.
• Track and analyse media coverage, providing insights on brand perception.
• Prepare detailed reports summarising media mentions, trends and sentiment for clients.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in communications, public relations or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Communication, Social Sciences, Research Analysis or a related discipline.
• Compensation commensurate with experience and ability.
• Desirable experience in a PR or media agency handling B2C clients across FinTech, e‑commerce, lifestyle and fashion sectors.
