Project Manager – Wealth & Investment Services (UK Shift)

About the role

Capco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of wealth and investment services projects for its banking clients. The role operates on a UK shift (12:30 – 21:30 IST) and requires coordination across business, technology and product teams to drive transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive end‑to‑end project delivery within the Wealth & Investment services domain, managing scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Identify, assess and proactively mitigate delivery risks and issues, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology and product teams, providing regular status updates and executive‑level communication.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in the wealth/investment domain.
• Strong understanding of wealth and investment products and proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent risk management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, SAFe or Agile Scrum Master are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.
