Project Manager – Mechanical Engineering (Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical pipeline projects across multiple sites in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring client‑specified quality standards, and delivering regular progress reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all pipeline activities such as grading, stringing, welding, joint coating, trenching, lowering and backfilling.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project claims, contracts and cost control measures.
• Allocate and manage resources including manpower, material and equipment according to site progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Identify site issues promptly and communicate solutions to management.
• Track sub‑contractor performance and ensure compliance with tender documents.

Required profile

• Mechanical engineering background (Diploma or BE/B.Tech).
• 6‑12 years of experience managing multi‑site construction projects.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to motivate teams.
