Project Manager – Interior Design

About the role

Decorpot is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of new experience centres and interior design projects. You will oversee planning, budgeting and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute experience zone projects from concept to hand‑over.
• Develop project budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate design, procurement, estimation and vendor teams.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and handle client escalations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.

Required profile

• Good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1‑4 years of experience in residential interior execution and modular kitchen projects.
• Proven ability to manage 3‑4 projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (2D and 3D drawing interpretation).
• Site measurement and reading of technical drawings.
• Billing of materials and quotation checking.
• Knowledge of modular kitchen installation and residential site execution.
• Project management and resource planning.
