Project Management Specialist – Wind Turbine Development

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist in Project Management to lead new development and change‑management projects within Global Engineering, focusing on wind turbine components and optimisation across the Nordex portfolio. The role ensures projects are delivered on budget, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor development and change‑management projects for wind turbine components.
• Define project scope and coordinate interdisciplinary teams including Engineering, Sales, Production, Logistics, Installation and Service.
• Evaluate project ideas, support approval processes and align schedules with other project managers.
• Report progress to the Program Director of Turbine Serial Development and escalate issues to relevant committees.
• Secure resources in collaboration with line and project managers and manage technical and risk aspects with chief engineers and divisional management.
• Organise prototype testing and ramp‑up activities in operational areas.

Required profile

• Diploma or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of proven project‑management experience in the wind industry.
