About the role

LyondellBasell is seeking a Production Technician to support day‑to‑day operations on a manufacturing line. The role focuses on maintaining safety standards, ensuring product quality, and executing packaging and housekeeping tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Follow HSE regulations and work toward the Goal Zero safety target.
Manage daily line operations, including line start‑up, changeovers, and continuous production.
Oversee finished‑goods packing, verify packaging integrity, and record details of each bag (cross‑contamination, stitching, stacking).
Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in the machine area.
Act as a reliever in the production department when needed.

Required profile

ITI‑PPO or a diploma in plastic technology.
Minimum 1–2 years of related production experience.
Awareness of IATF 16949:2016 and EMS 14001:2015 standards.
Proficiency in MS Office (email communication).
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
Basic communication skills and 5S awareness.
