Production Operator – Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring machines run smoothly, products meet quality standards, and production targets are achieved on time.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust, operate and supervise machines according to factory data collection (FDC or TSOP) and work instructions.
• Set up machines following the defined set‑up plan.
• Perform quality checks in line with TSOP and report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Monitor the technical state of equipment, initiate corrective actions for technical errors and ensure safety installations are functional.
• Separate and document defective material, conduct optical inspections and mark defect locations.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing and testing documentation.
• Manage the supply, disposal and timely provision of tools, sub‑assemblies, auxiliary and operating materials.
• Follow all procedures defined in the function manual and IMS.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive or chemical industry.
• Familiarity with Lean Production, 5S and PDCA methodologies.
• Knowledge of polymer processing is a plus.
