About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Product Management Manager to lead Resiliency Operations, focusing on Stand‑In and On‑Demand Decisioning. You will help ensure a friction‑less cardholder experience during crises, cyber‑attacks, or natural disasters by delivering robust authorization solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the subject‑matter expert for Payment Resiliency solutions across APAC.
- Collaborate with regional sales and account teams to grow adoption of Stand‑In and On‑Demand Decisioning.
- Partner with Advisors Consulting Services to improve Stand‑In performance and define On‑Demand use cases.
- Provide guidance to local Customer Success and Service Business Leads.
- Develop and present compelling business cases to secure stakeholder buy‑in.
Required profile
- Strong analytical thinker who can connect data, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Proven experience in product management within payments or financial services.
- Results‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
