Technical Project Manager - Software

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, collaborating with engineering, product, DevOps, QA and business stakeholders. The role requires strong technical understanding, risk management and effective communication with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery across multiple technical projects, defining scope, milestones, timelines and success criteria.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, QA and Security to manage dependencies, resolve blockers and ensure technical decisions are documented.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, maintain project dashboards, RAID logs and ensure governance without excess overhead.
• Act as primary interface between engineering teams and business stakeholders, providing status reports and escalating risks early.
• Plan resources, identify gaps, optimise utilisation and coordinate cross‑functional teams across India and international locations.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years delivering technology projects, preferably in SaaS/B2B environments.
• Proven experience managing Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps and Infrastructure teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with distributed/global teams and capacity‑based delivery planning.
