Product Management Manager – Acceptance (Asia Pacific)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager of Product Management for Acceptance to lead commercialization and go‑to‑market execution of strategic payment acceptance solutions across Asia Pacific. You will shape product strategy, drive solutioning, and accelerate revenue growth for innovative acceptance products such as QR‑based payment orchestration and contactless seller‑phone acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for acceptance solutions, aligning with Mastercard’s regional strategy.
• Collaborate with traditional partners (acquirers, PSPs, payment facilitators) and non‑traditional partners (e‑wallets, MNOs, B2B marketplaces, ISVs) to expand network footprint.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning, pricing, and commercialization activities for new acceptance products.
• Serve as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless product delivery and measurable business impact.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging payment methods to inform product enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within the payments or financial technology sector.
• Strong understanding of payment acceptance ecosystems and emerging payment methods in Asia Pacific.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive results in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
