Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams accessing the procurement function. You will apply your expertise to ensure prompt, efficient purchasing across the region while supporting a variety of business units.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for internal stakeholders, conveying procurement expertise and ensuring timely purchases.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and acquiring goods and services to issuing purchase orders and processing invoices.
• Collaborate with business units (Administration, Finance, IT, Marketing, HR, etc.) to define requirements, prioritize requests, and develop RFQs.
• Develop and present pricing options, cost‑saving analyses, supplier comparisons, and recommendations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, conditions, delivery specifications, and services with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier relationships and conduct market research to stay informed of current and future offerings.
• Update regional contract trackers and upload documentation to the procurement software regularly.
• Support the finance team to ensure smooth invoice payment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of procurement experience.
• Strong commercial understanding and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, reasoning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong Excel skills.
