Procurement Specialist – End‑to‑End P2P Management

About the role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own the full Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) lifecycle, from requisition through purchase order creation and renewal. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to secure cost‑effective solutions while upholding compliance and policy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the complete P2P process, ensuring timely creation, amendment, and closure of purchase orders.
• Process purchase requisitions with accurate documentation and meet service level agreements.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve procurement productivity.
• Evaluate vendors, analyze quotes using Total Cost of Ownership, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Maintain vendor records, onboard new suppliers, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Legal and Information Security to review contracts and address redlines.
