Process Associate – Voice (Freshers) – Bangalore

About the role

HCL is looking for fresh graduates to join its Voice Process team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The position is a full‑time, on‑site role that operates on a US night‑shift schedule, handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place voice calls for order management and customer support.
• Process customer requests, updates, and complaints in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the Order Management department to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Adhere to US night‑shift timings and meet service level agreements.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (any UG or PG degree except engineering or technical streams).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a call‑center environment.
