About the role
The Printing Machine Operator joins the production team to set up, run and monitor printing equipment, ensuring high‑quality printed materials are delivered on schedule while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate printing machines according to job specifications.
- Monitor print quality in real time and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
- Record production data and report any machine or quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with printing machinery preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced production setting.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
