Power BI Developer – Claude AI

About the role

We are seeking a Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Claude AI to enhance and optimise our reporting environment. The role focuses on leveraging advanced Power BI features together with generative AI to streamline analytics, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights for the business intelligence team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
• Apply Claude AI for report creation, DAX/query generation, documentation and advanced analytics.
• Improve report performance, usability and visualisation quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Mentor and support team members on AI‑enabled BI best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Proven experience using Claude AI or similar generative AI tools in BI and reporting workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and solid data analysis capabilities.
• Track record of report optimisation and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
