IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical assistance to our office users. The role involves maintaining desktops, laptops, mobile devices and supporting the overall office IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network‑related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage the complete device lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Support office IT infrastructure such as network connectivity, AV systems, and workplace technologies.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, conduct inventory audits, and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
• Collaborate with Level 2 support teams and coordinate with third‑party vendors for escalations and maintenance.
• Assist in IT projects, office relocations, and technology deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑user support and IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile device support.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Hands‑on experience with IT asset management and inventory control.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with remote teams.
