Plumber & Electrician – Hotel Maintenance Technician

About the role

The hotel seeks a skilled Plumber/Electrician to ensure all mechanical and electrical systems operate safely and efficiently for guests. You will work on both plumbing and electrical tasks, performing inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on all facilities and equipment, addressing safety issues promptly.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial hotel areas.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, ensuring a safe environment for guests.
• Assist guests with facility‑related inquiries in a helpful manner.
• Perform light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, and ceiling work as required.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts when needed.

Required profile

• Relevant building‑maintenance experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable attitude.

Required skills

• Electrical system installation and troubleshooting.
• Plumbing system installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Basic light‑construction and carpentry skills.
