Plumber – Commercial & Residential Maintenance

About the role

Accor is seeking a skilled plumber to join its hospitality team, responsible for maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential properties. The role involves installing, repairing, and inspecting a variety of pipework and related fixtures to ensure reliable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential settings.
• Diagnose, respond to, and resolve plumbing issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Perform light construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and basic electrical work when required.
• Test, troubleshoot, and carry out basic repairs on equipment.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar plumbing role.
• Hospitality background preferred.
