P&L Head – Delhi Business Leader

About the role

The P&L Head will own the Delhi market, holding full responsibility for profit and loss, profitability, and overall business performance. Reporting to senior leadership, this role partners with central functions to drive commercial and operational outcomes across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver city‑level P&L and Business Margin targets.
• Identify and execute initiatives that improve revenue, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Growth, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other central teams to implement city‑specific interventions.
• Influence pricing, capacity planning, scheduling, and portfolio optimization with data‑driven insights.
• Ensure best‑in‑class operational execution and customer experience across all city centers.
• Lead city business reviews, performance governance, and action planning.
• Act as the single point of accountability for city performance, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7–12 years of experience in business management, P&L ownership, general management, consulting, retail, consumer tech, hospitality, or marketplace businesses.
• Proven track record of driving business outcomes through cross‑functional leadership.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen with experience in revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, solve complex problems, and execute in a matrix organization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
