Finance Apprentice – Treasury & Accounting

About the role

Join Clifford Chance’s India team as a Finance Apprentice, supporting day‑to‑day treasury operations and partner‑account accounting. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in cash reporting, bank documentation, and UK taxation processes. Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse weekly cash reports and monitor bank credit ratings.
• Assist with accounting, reconciliation and reporting of partner accounts.
• Maintain and update databases of partner profits, payouts and related financial information.
• Support the preparation and review of finance‑related policy documents.
• Participate in training sessions on bank documentation, cash‑related reporting and UK taxation processes.

Required profile

• Graduate or intermediate CA/MBA candidate.
• Proactive, quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to firm guidelines.
• Positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
