Pharmacist – Patient Care & Medication Management

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Santhapet. In this full-time, office-based position you will ensure safe medication dispensing and provide expert advice to support patient health.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on dosage and usage.
• Conduct patient consultations to discuss medication management and potential side effects.
• Manage medication inventory, monitor stock levels, and prevent shortages or expirations.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient medication plans.
• Maintain and update patient medication records while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy or a related field (e.g., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD, BDS, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC).
• 0–1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
