Pharmacist – Fill & Dispense Medications

About the role

We are looking for qualified pharmacists (BPharm, MPharm, PharmD, DPharm) to join our team and ensure safe, accurate medication dispensing. The role involves direct patient interaction, medication counseling, and collaboration with the healthcare team. You will play a critical role in promoting medication safety and supporting patient health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Fill and dispense medication prescriptions accurately according to healthcare provider instructions.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and answer treatment‑related questions.
• Check for drug interactions and allergies to safeguard patient health.
• Maintain detailed, up‑to‑date records of dispensed medications and patient consultations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and pharmacy regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills in pharmacy.
