Pharmacist – Dispensing, Counseling & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The role focuses on providing excellent pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe medication use, and supporting patient health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions according to doctors' orders while maintaining patient safety.
• Provide clear counseling to patients about medication usage, potential side effects, and proper administration.
• Maintain accurate medication inventory records and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Monitor patient health outcomes, track responses to medications, and adjust treatment plans in coordination with providers.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy or related fields such as BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, or BVSC.
• Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispensing and patient safety.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on pharmaceutical advancements.
