Payroll and Reward Specialist

About the role

Travelopia is looking for a Payroll & Reward Specialist to join its global Reward & Payroll team. The role delivers accurate and timely payroll services, supports reward and benefits administration and partners with teams across several countries. It is advertised as a full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and reward activities for multiple countries
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time and in compliance with statutory requirements
• Support payroll operations across the UK, USA and Canada
• Administer employee benefits and reward programmes
• Analyse payroll data and produce reports using Excel and ADP
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Support payroll-related projects and collaborate with global People teams
• Answer employee payroll and reward queries while delivering an excellent employee experience

Required profile

• Previous experience in payroll and rewards
• Experience supporting global payroll, particularly the UK, USA and Canada
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory compliance
• Ability to work UK business hours, with flexibility to support global teams
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and a positive, fast-learning attitude

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with the ADP payroll platform (essential)
• Strong Excel skills, including large datasets and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to AI tools in the workplace is an advantage

What we offer

• Base salary of INR 1,100,000 - 1,400,000 per year plus a local bonus scheme
