Patient Care Assistant – Home Care Attendant

About the role

Azizto is seeking compassionate individuals to join its team as Patient Care Assistants / Home Care Attendants in the Greater Delhi Area. This non‑clinical, home‑visit position supports patients with daily living activities and personal care, helping them recover and maintain dignity in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, freshening up, and personal hygiene.
• Provide toileting support and adult diaper changes.
• Offer basic walking assistance and mobility support, including bed‑to‑chair transfers.
• Deliver general comfort care for elderly, bedridden, post‑hospital, or recovering patients.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment while respecting patient privacy and dignity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care, elderly care, hospital ward support, nursing home support, or home care.
• Previous roles such as GDA, caregiver, patient care assistant, nursing assistant, ward attendant, or elderly‑care attendant are preferred.
• Training as a GDA, caregiver, home health aide, or nursing assistant is advantageous.
• Understanding of infection control, fall‑safety precautions, and patient privacy.
• Polite, patient, hygienic, physically fit, and comfortable working in home settings.
