Speech Therapist – Immediate Joiner, Freshers Welcome

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our Bengaluru clinic, focusing on children with speech, language and communication needs. The position is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply evidence‑based practices in pediatric early‑intervention.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language and communication disorders in children.
• Evaluate articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive & expressive language skills.
• Design and deliver individualized therapy plans using evidence‑based techniques.
• Address feeding and swallowing difficulties when required.
• Support children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays and learning disabilities.
• Implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems for non‑verbal or minimally verbal children.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate caregivers on home‑based communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in early‑intervention and school‑based programs.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Speech & Hearing, BASLP or MASLP.
• Strong interest in pediatric therapy and early intervention.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems.
