About the role

Baskin Robbins is looking for enthusiastic Parlor Staff to join its Chandigarh location. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting guests, taking orders, preparing a variety of ice‑cream treats and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take and process orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve ice creams, sundaes, shakes and other menu items following brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the serving area, dining space and back‑of‑house.
• Restock inventory, store products properly and monitor stock levels.
• Handle billing, cash and card transactions using the POS system.
• Follow food‑safety SOPs, support opening and closing duties.
• Assist with in‑store promotions and respond to guest queries.

Required profile

• Polite, attentive customer‑service attitude.
• Basic food‑handling and hygiene awareness.
• Cash handling and basic numeracy skills.
• Team player with good time‑management and multitasking ability.
• Effective verbal communication in English and local languages.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• High‑school completion preferred; prior food‑service experience is a plus.
