Overnight Part-Time Care Companion (Urdu Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Care Companion to provide overnight, part-time support to Carrot members in English and Urdu. You will be the first point of contact, guiding members through their family-forming journeys via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for members, answering inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Provide support in both English and Urdu, covering fertility treatment, adoption, donor-assisted reproduction and related pathways.
• Document all interactions in Zendesk and flag cases that require escalation.
• Meet response-time and quality benchmarks and share language-specific insights with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of customer-service or healthcare-related experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Urdu.
