Outlet Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant outlet, delivering five‑star hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day restaurant operations in line with five‑star standards.
• Supervise, train and motivate the service team to maintain high service quality, grooming and hygiene.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping and other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Drive outlet revenue through upselling, promotions and guest engagement initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, breakage and supplies while adhering to cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene and brand standards.
• Assist in preparing duty rosters, performance evaluations and training plans.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving departmental goals, budgets and service excellence targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage service operations, preferably in a luxury or five‑star hotel environment.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or specialty outlet.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and communication skills.
• Excellent guest‑relations abilities and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
