Food And Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are expanding our Food & Beverage team in Goa and are looking for enthusiastic professionals to fill several positions, including F&B Captain, F&B Executive, Steward/GSA and other service profiles. The roles involve delivering high‑quality service to guests while supporting the overall operation of the restaurant and bar areas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house service and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely orders.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and grooming standards throughout the service area.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and professional grooming.
• Strong service orientation with proven hospitality experience.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage menus and service techniques.
• Prior experience in hospitality or F&B preferred.
• Candidate must be based in Goa or willing to relocate.
