Outlet Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the daily operations of the Fairmont Agra outlet, ensuring seamless service that reflects the brand’s high standards. You will be responsible for driving guest satisfaction, managing costs, and fostering a motivated team in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of outlet operations, from service delivery to compliance with Fairmont standards.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate staff, promoting professional development.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and food‑safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage procurement to optimise profitability.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track financial performance, and report to senior management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and culinary teams to ensure smooth cross‑departmental workflow.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to boost revenue.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Negotiate with vendors, oversee ordering and delivery of supplies.
• Analyse sales data, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain accurate operational records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6‑7 years of progressive experience in outlet, food‑and‑beverage or hospitality management.
• Proven track record of managing P&L statements and achieving financial targets.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, team‑building and customer‑service skills.
