Outbound Telesales / Appointment Setting Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Outbound Telesales / Appointment Setting Executive to join our remote sales team. In this voice‑based position you will cold‑call prospective businesses, qualify leads and schedule appointments for our closing specialists. The role is fully work‑from‑home with a fixed shift aligned to IST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospective businesses and decision‑makers.
• Identify sales opportunities, qualify prospects based on their needs and interest.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales‑closing team.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Follow up with interested prospects as required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects and appointments.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on outbound telesales or cold‑calling experience.
• Experience selling to UK or other international markets is preferred.
• Strong persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent spoken English and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
