Order Management Specialist

About the role

As an Order Management Specialist you will support the day‑to‑day operations of the Sales Controlling team, ensuring that orders, invoicing and operational requests are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with Sales, Connectivity and Finance teams to coordinate workflow tasks and maintain smooth order‑to‑cash processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, amendments and cancellations accurately and on time.
• Support monthly billing activities and assist with revenue reporting.
• Manage operational requests from the Connectivity team.
• Coordinate tasks using workflow tools such as Asana.
• Maintain customer, order and contract data in Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Resolve billing, order and contract discrepancies.
• Monitor task queues and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support operational projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in order management, order‑to‑cash, billing or related operations.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within established processes.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or other CRM platforms).
• Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Asana or similar workflow management tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems (preferred).
