Opt Recruiter

About the role

Visys Cloud Technologies is hiring a full-time, on-site Opt Recruiter in Hyderabad. The recruiter manages end-to-end hiring for OPT candidates, from sourcing and screening through interview scheduling and offer coordination, while keeping candidate pipelines active and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews for OPT candidates
• Coordinating offers and maintaining candidate pipelines with regular follow-ups
• Building relationships with universities, training institutes and professional networks to find potential talent
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports
• Collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and align recruitment with business goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and in a team environment
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

Required skills

• End-to-end recruitment cycle management, preferably for OPT or entry-level technology roles
• Relationship building with educational institutions and external partners
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an advantage
• Understanding of IT and technology roles and matching candidate profiles to job requirements
