Operations Team Lead

About the role

The Operations Team Lead oversees daily inbound and outbound activities at a fast‑delivery fulfillment hub. You will manage a team, optimise workflows and ensure that receiving, inventory verification, order processing, packing and shipping are executed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise inbound processes including receiving, inventory checks and storage.
• Lead outbound operations such as order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor key performance indicators, inventory levels and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Train, mentor and evaluate team members to drive performance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑pace, deadline‑driven setting.
