About the role
The Operations Staff member supports day‑to‑day activities across Blue Dart’s service centres, hubs, processing units and warehouses. Working on inbound and outbound shifts, the role ensures shipments are handled efficiently and accurately while upholding safety and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments.
- Perform shipment reconciliation and data entry.
- Follow operational procedures, safety protocols and service commitments.
- Maintain shipment accuracy, productivity and overall service quality.
- Represent the Blue Dart brand through professional conduct and discipline.
Required profile
- Front‑line operations mindset with ability to work shift schedules.
- High attention to detail and physical stamina for handling parcels.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Professional attitude and adherence to company policies.
