Operations Staff – Inbound/Outbound Shift

About the role

Blue Dart is seeking an Operations Staff member to support day‑to‑day activities across its Service Centres, Hubs, Processing Units and Warehouses. You will work on both inbound and outbound shifts, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and accurately while upholding the company’s safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments.
• Perform shipment reconciliation and data entry.
• Maintain adherence to operational procedures, safety protocols and service commitments.
• Support the Inbound Shift In‑charge and Outbound Shift In‑charge in daily operations.
• Represent the Blue Dart brand through professional conduct and discipline.

• Ability to follow detailed operational and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure shipment accuracy.
• Physical capability to handle loading and unloading tasks.
