Onboarding Consultant, Enterprise APAC (Services Team)

About the role

As an Onboarding Consultant for Enterprise customers in the APAC region, you will guide new and upgraded clients through their first 30‑60 days with Semrush, ensuring they quickly realize value from the platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer goals with product capabilities and setting the foundation for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Own the post‑sale onboarding journey, creating and executing tailored implementation plans.
• Identify customer priorities and map them to Semrush features to drive early adoption and measurable wins.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders during onboarding and hand them over to the account team.
• Provide strategic recommendations, best practices, and customized guidance throughout the onboarding phase.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, feeding feedback into product and service improvements.
• Spot upsell opportunities, new contacts, and growth potential to support long‑term revenue.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success Managers for seamless transitions.
• Track onboarding KPIs, usage metrics, and feedback, reporting insights to both customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable product usage.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a proactive, adaptable approach.
