National Account Manager – Enterprise (Gujarat)

About the role

The National Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and market share across selected large corporate accounts in Gujarat. Reporting to the Enterprise division, the role focuses on delivering profitable growth for Vodafone Idea’s voice, data and fixed‑line services while ensuring compliance with budgetary and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the budgeted revenue target for all VBS products across allocated headquarters accounts.
• Increase average revenue per user (ARPU) by selling high‑value voice and data solutions.
• Manage tariff‑plan margins to optimise profitability for each customer.
• Maintain and grow existing revenue‑generating “farming” accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities by introducing additional products and services to both new and existing customers.
• Deliver mobility, voice and data targets and coordinate fixed‑line order bookings.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, budget limits and regulatory norms.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large corporate or enterprise accounts in the telecom sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin objectives.
• Good understanding of voice, data and fixed‑line service offerings and tariff structures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams while maintaining accountability for results.
