Multiple Facility Maintenance Roles – Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, STP & Chiller Operations

About the role

Sterling and Wilson is hiring for several full‑time, on‑site positions at its Baddi site. The roles cover electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, sewage treatment plant (STP) and chiller operations, ensuring safe and efficient facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance of building services and plant equipment.
• Operate, troubleshoot and log performance of electrical systems, HVAC units, chillers, STP processes and related mechanical installations.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly and coordinate with supervisors and cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee HVAC and chiller systems (for supervisors) to optimise performance and guide technical staff.
• Execute plumbing and carpentry tasks, maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Practical experience in electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Strong understanding of electricity fundamentals and building‑services engineering concepts.
• Technical diploma/ITI or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or related trade; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience in facilities management, MEP systems or industrial plant operations, preferably in large commercial/industrial sites.
• Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures and environmental compliance.
• Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals and maintenance logs; basic computer skills for reporting.
• Effective communication and willingness to work shifts or extended hours as required.
