Medical Officer – Community Health (Bengaluru)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Officer to join our integrated community health programme in Bengaluru. You will work directly with underserved urban communities, delivering primary clinical services and supporting health education initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical operations at health centres and in the field.
• Conduct health screenings, provide primary care, and refer patients to secondary/tertiary facilities.
• Educate community members on preventive health, nutrition, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with local government and non‑profit partners to ensure access to comprehensive health interventions.
• Support Community Health Workers in outreach, follow‑ups, and health awareness activities.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine.
• Karnataka Medical Council registration.
• 4–8 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care.
• Strong commitment to serving underserved populations.
• Willingness to work full‑time, six days a week (Monday‑Saturday).
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is preferred.
