MD – General Medicine – Clinical Consultation Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MD in General Medicine to lead post‑screening consultations on our client’s clinic floor. You will translate complex screening data into clear health insights and co‑create personalized wellness roadmaps for members.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct post‑screening debriefs, explaining results in structured, easy‑to‑understand language.
• Help members identify key risks, patterns, and health priorities.
• Co‑create personalized health roadmaps and actionable care plans aligned with member goals.
• Simplify complex clinical information with empathy, ensuring members feel informed and supported.
• Integrate diagnostics, lab results, and screening inputs to provide holistic clinical interpretation.
• Identify cases requiring specialist referral and guide members to appropriate next‑level care.
• Deliver a high‑quality, trust‑building consultation experience consistently.

Required profile

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Internal Medicine.
• 4–8 years of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning across cardiac, metabolic, liver, and overall wellness domains.
• Excellent communication and patient‑counselling abilities.
• Empathetic, patient‑first approach.
• Experience in preventive health or screening environments is a plus.
